Terms And Conditions...

Introduction:

  • Please ensure that you read these terms and conditions carefully. If you are unable to read / understand them for any reason then Contact Us.

Appointments:

  • When you book an appointment, the booking isn't complete until we confirm that it is in person either by email, telephone or letter. We need to check each booking made in case there is a problem.
  • You are booking for yourself only, and you must not bring any guests along with you (unless you have otherwise come to an agreement with us). However, if you are a "client" you are booking for youself and 4 guests if you wish to bring guests.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an appointment at any time, so long as we were able to inform you of this cancellation.
  • On the day of your appointment, if you are late, we will wait up to 1 hour before potentially moving on. You cannot extend your appointment if you are late.
  • Failure to arrive at all without letting us know, unless under extreme circumstances, will mean that you will be banned and unable to book appointments in the future.

Whilst Onboard:

  • We accept no responsiblity for injury as a result of your own actions whilst onboard the Maid of Fibre. You must ensure that you keep all limbs inside the boat whilst the vessel is moving.
  • We accept no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal property, on or off the vessel, unless it was caused by our own negligence. Let us know if you have left property behind, however if neccessary, you will incur any any postage / packaging costs. You shouldn't leave valuable or portable items in your vehicle if you have parked a vehicle.
  • No persons under the age of 18 / pets are allowed onboard the Maid of Fibre at any time.
  • Note that the Maid of Fibre is a narrow canal boat, therefore you must be confident that you have the ability to board / unboard and move around the vessel.
  • You must be able to swim in case you accidently or must enter the water. There are areas where the water is very deep.
  • If you behave inappropriately, you will be dropped off at the next suitable location. We will not tolerate bad behaviour.
